Travel, when approached consciously, can be a catalyst for personal transformation and growth. At Journey Around the Sun (JAS), our focus is to use the platform of conscious travel to offer you healing, allowing for increased physical and mental HEALTH, increased energy levels and enhanced ENERGETIC HEALTH, supporting you to feel more ALIVE and to LIVE MORE FULLY. Our methodology, HEAL (Health, Energy, Aliveness, Life), uses ways of engagement, tools and personal rituals to support healing of mind, body and spirit.
Healing through transformational travel is about using the experience of travel; meeting and engaging with new sights, cultures, communities and other like-minded people, in a way that engages you, leading to a sense of personal transformation and self empowerment.

DURATION
Kick off your journey with two fabulous nights in Cape Town, then join the team as they guide you to the majestic Cederberg Mountains for a transformational four-night stay amid some of Southern Africa's oldest and most significant landscapes. Finally, wrap up your adventure with three more nights in Cape Town, before your departure.
